MJLabAI Mahjong Coach is a read-only Mahjong decision assistant for MJLab.ai tables. It helps ChatGPT explain the current game state, legal actions, and local tile-efficiency metrics. It does not submit moves, modify your game, or provide real-money gambling services.

1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using MJLab.ai, MJLabAI Mahjong Coach, or the related ChatGPT app integration, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. What the service does

MJLabAI Mahjong Coach can help ChatGPT read and explain the Mahjong table currently bound to your MJLab.ai account after you authorize access. The service may provide:

• Current table phase, seat, hand, discards, melds, and public table state.
• Legal actions available to your seat.
• Local Mahjong decision metrics, such as tile-efficiency and action ranking signals.
• Explanations of possible decisions such as swap-three, dingque, discard, kong, pong, or win responses.

4. Read-only ChatGPT access

The ChatGPT app uses the read-only scope mjlab.chatgpt.read. This scope lets ChatGPT read your currently bound MJLabAI table and decision context. It does not allow ChatGPT to submit moves, change the game state, spend recommendation points, start purchases, change account settings, or access unrelated tables.

You can disconnect the ChatGPT app from ChatGPT settings at any time.

5. User responsibility

Mahjong decisions are ultimately your responsibility. MJLabAI Mahjong Coach provides analysis and explanations based on available table data and local metrics. The service may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. You should review the table state and make your own decision before acting in a game.

6. No gambling or real-money wagering

MJLabAI Mahjong Coach is intended for learning, practice, and entertainment. The ChatGPT app does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, casino services, betting, or prize-based play. You may not use the service for unlawful gambling or other prohibited activity.

7. Account and authorization

You are responsible for keeping your MJLab.ai account and connected ChatGPT account secure. Do not share credentials, authorization links, or other access information with people who should not access your game state. We may limit, suspend, or revoke access if we detect misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

8. Purchases and paid features

MJLabAI Mahjong Coach's ChatGPT read-only flow does not submit moves or trigger paid in-site AI recommendations. If MJLab.ai offers paid web features separately, those features may have additional terms shown at the time of purchase or use.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to bypass access controls, read another user's table, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape excessive data, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.

11. Intellectual property

MJLab.ai, MJLabAI Mahjong Coach, related software, visual design, text, and service content are owned by MJLab.ai or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

12. Service availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms as the product changes. The latest version will be available at https://mjlab.ai/terms/.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJLab.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or game outcomes arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
